调整 SDK 发布同步清单并修正文档版本约束

移除已删除的标定目录同步项，避免同步失败；将 Ruff 版本写成依赖约束，避免被误判为 SDK 版本。快速回归398项通过，六个 wheel 通过静态及视频检查。
