灵敏挡与稳定挡代码分离：灵敏挡使用 6393be9 原版 release_watch（release_watch_sensitive.py），较稳定/十分稳定使用 release_watch.py，按挡位分发；速度按挡位设置（灵敏 55%，较稳定/十分稳定 30%）；切换挡位后界面速度/最大力滑块同步。

较稳定/十分稳定挡改为恒力夹持：接触后不锁位置持续以闭合力顶住；张开改为 Y 切向带符号拟合偏移（保护期后记基准，连续 6 帧超阈值），夹爪合到底判定物体脱出即张开。较稳定 70%/2s/0.6N，十分稳定 100%/2.5s/0.8N。

开合控制调整：切向触发只看 Y 轴，三挡位只控制释放、触发固定灵敏参数；自适应负载改看切向 X；恢复原灵敏档张开逻辑与排查前夹持力参数。
